Gerald
Hardage, CPP, Master Photog. Cr.. of PPA, is a native of
Texas. He is a Multi award winning National, and International
Photographer. His photography
is showcased in private collections and galleries across
the US and Europe, as well as published in National magazines
and Art Collection books. Gerald’s unique ability
to capture mood and passion appeals to collectors and the
public in an emotional way.
Hardage has a
passion for life, art, and photography.
This passion is expressed through FIGURE STUDY and Environmental
Portraiture. Aesthetics and emotional concerns is
the core of this passion. Visual images have a direct access
to the inner working of the mind. Gerald capturers
those images, exposing the beauty of the human form and
body……. creating masterpieces that validates
pride and a feeling of self-respect.
Both film and
digital photography is the base tools used in the final
art pieces. Over
the years, he has developed a process termed “The
GDEE Process”. Each
piece goes through several artistic processes from the
Darkroom, Photoshop, Coral Painter, other (non - disclosed)
creative processes to produce the handcrafted signature
Masterpiece.
Awards ….
Through his efforts of entering competition, He has in 4
short years received from PPA his Masters Degree, CPP,
and Craftsman Degree, from WPPI 3 of the 5 Photographic
Degrees, from Florida Professional Photographers all 4
degrees offered, from SWPP & BPPA, The Glamour Overseas
Photographer of the year 2006, 1st place in Illustrate
2008, and 40 plus monthly merits and Photographer of the
Month (in most categories) just in the past 2 years. In
all, he has accumulated over 300 merits and numerous awards.
