"The Fine Art Side of Photography"

Tina & Michael's Portfolio

gallery143.com

The program is split into two different parts. Part one consists of sharing with the audience the reasons that we entered into this field and how they can also get involved. We will also share the success and failures that we encountered in our first few jobs. In addition, we will point out ways that you can avoid making some of the same mistakes that we made along the way.

Part two consists of actual demonstartions of how to create fine art pieces in the computer using Adobe Photoshop, NIK Color Efex Pro, and Corel Painter. Using PowerPoint and multi-media presentations, Michael will share step-by-step techniques he uses to create works for such clients as Hendricks Motor Sports, NASCAR, Dale Earnhardt Inc, McDonalds, and Drury Inns. Tina will share the marketing and sales techniques that she uses to develop new clients, and sell wall decor to clients across the country.

About Tina & Michael

In this fast paced program, Michael & Tina Timmons, both Masters of Photography and Photographic Craftsman through the Professional Photographers of America, will share the secrets and success that they have experienced in the world of fine art photopgraphy sales. In addition they will share the pitfals and failures that starting a new endeavor can create.

For twenty years Michael has been involved in landscape and fine art photography. After he met Tina in the late ninties, she quickly became fascinated with this art form as well. Together, they have embarked on a journey that has brought many awards and accolades from others from around the world, and financial gain that neither had anticipated. Using their already honed photography skilss from years of creating portraits of their clients, they have shifted their business into another area of creating wealth. We all have the skills and talent to create these types of works; we just need that little nudge to do something different
