Saving Time in Your Workflow: Work Smarter, not Harder
Is your digital photo workflow as effective as it can be?
True, great pictures are made in the camera… but your digital post-processing will determine whether or not each photo lives up to its full potential. And in this age of digital capture, where we’re often producing massive numbers of files in a single shoot, efficiency is the key to both making more money and having a life outside work.
In this full-day seminar, you will learn professional digital imaging techniques to take your work to higher levels. We’ll cover the most essential elements of the digital photography workflow, from capture through final output in various media. The program will focus on Adobe’s professional imaging solutions, with Photoshop and Lightroom at the core. Whether you shoot weddings, portraits, events or scenics, you will learn how to consistently choose the right tool for each job.
The seminar will be led by Nat Coalson, a top rated teacher, best-selling author and Adobe Certified Expert in Photoshop and Lightroom.
    Topics to be covered include:

  • Effectively combining Photoshop and Lightroom in the digital photo workflow
  • Managing your ever-growing image library
  • The use of metadata in modern photography
  • Quick editing of any shoot
  • Evaluating the image and making creative decisions
  • Processing individual and multiple photos
  • When to use Photoshop vs. Lightroom
  • Making great black and white conversions
  • Creative dodging and burning in the digital darkroom
  • Sharpening and noise reduction
  • Resizing and resampling images
  • Little-known features and time-saving shortcuts
  • Achieving and maintaining the highest quality images from capture to print... and beyond
