We have a jam-packed 4 days, and are so excited to have you here! Please review this page for the schedule of events and what to expect and bring to each event.
Thursday | Precon Events
- Dawn: Landscape Shoot out with David Snyder | This is a pre-paid event only.
- Details will be sent via email directly by the instructor. Be on the lookout.
- *8:30-9:25 am Registration
- 9:30-5:00 pm: The Business with Aly Elliot | This is a pre-paid event only.
- Details: bring a laptop or other note-taking items. Please be advised bring note-taking materials, but leave laptops at home. There will not be access to power. There will be a 30-minute lunch from 12:30-1:00 pm. If you pre-purchased your lunch, it will be available for you.
- 6:00 pm: Light Painting with Russel Klimas | This is a pre-paid event only.
- Details will be sent via email directly by the instructor. This event will be on-site at the hotel ballroom.
Friday | Day 1 of the Conference
30-minute working lunch at 1:00 pm. If you pre-purchased your lunch, it’ll be available for you. | Bring note-taking materials, but leave laptops at home. The main events are set up theater-style with no access to power cords.

- 7:15-9:00 Social Kickoff Event “Rocky Mountain Vibes” theme | This is a pre-paid event only. Wear something that is Colorado-themed.
Saturday | Day 2 of the Conference
30-45 minute working lunch at 1:00 pm. If you pre-purchased your lunch, it’ll be available for you. | Bring note-taking materials, but leave laptops at home. The main events are set up theater-style with no access to power cords.

- 9:00-6:00 pm Imagination: The Beginning of Creation, Richard Sturdevant, Headline Speaker
REMEMBER to set your clocks back 1 hour on Saturday night/Sunday morning for Daylight Savings time.
Sunday | Day 3 of the Conference
Sunday (Open to ALL PPC Members) | Please bring printouts of your submitted images for a virtual judging wall. Online streaming will be available, but you are encouraged to attend in person! Technical issues with streaming will be updated in the member Facebook group should they occur and on the PPC page on www.printcompetition.com.

- 10:30 am Image Competition judging watch party with light snacks & refreshments included
