Registration and Tickets
Q: Are discounts available?
A: Yes! The early bird pricing is our lowest rate. Rates increase as we get closer to the event.  For your best prices, don’t delay.  Secure your spot today!
Q: Can my spouse attend?
A: We have limited seating for all workshops, meals, and networking events.  If you want to bring your spouse, two tickets will need to be purchased. The VIP lounge is restricted to paid VIP ticket holders and workshop speakers.  Spouses can attend our Colorado social with the purchase of a +1 ticket.  
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Q: Do you offer a payment plan?
A: PayPal has an option for 6 month financing available to us!
Q: What is included in the conference registration?
  • Saturday & Sunday seminars and keynotes.  EDU (1 Merit)
  • Colorado Party (1 ticket) with an optional +1 $40
  • Welcome Bag with vendor swag 
  • Non Members get a 1 Year PPC Membership as part of their registration fee.

To attend a pre-conference workshop, you’ll register for the program of your choice.  You must attend the full program to receive 1 PPA educational merit.  

Q: What is included in my VIP Pass?
A: These special passes are only available to purchase from June 15 – July 14.  Once they are sold out, they’re gone.

Q: Where do I get my registration badge or VIP Pass?
A: The registration desk will be open approximately 1 hour prior to the conference on Friday and Saturday until 1 pm.  The registration desk will not be open on Sunday. For full access, make sure you are wearing your badge or your VIP Pass throughout the event.  You will not be allowed in the VIP areas without your VIP Pass.  No exceptions.
Q: Can I attend the Colorado Party if I do not come to the conference?
A: No.  You must be a conference attendee to participate in the Colorado Party.

What to bring/what to wear?

Q: What should I wear?
A: If you’ve attended any conferences at other hotels, it is common that sometimes the hotel meeting space may be a bit on the cool side.  We recommend you bring a sweater to wear so you’ll be more comfortable.  Also, we’re in Colorado and our weather any time of year is rather unpredictable.  In November, it could snow, rain, hail, be windy, or be sunny and 70 degrees!  Just be prepared by dressing in layers for your greatest comfort.
Q: What do I wear to the Wild Wild West-themed night?
A: While dressing up for this event is not required, it’ll be more fun to dress with your interpretation of the Wild Wild West.  
Q: Do I need to bring my camera?
A: Good question.  For the Pre-Conference shootouts (Headshots and Night Photography) there will be an opportunity to take photos.  We invite you to bring your gear for that.  For the rest of the conference, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to snap some pictures at the conference and during the networking events.  You may also decide to arrive a few days early or stay after the conference for some bucket list-worthy sightseeing.  
Q: Do I need my laptop?
A: No.  We will not be doing any “hands-on” computer work at the main event. Bring your best tool for note taking; notepad, tablet, or iPad.

Q: Who are the speakers? Can I apply to be one?
A: Our speakers and topics have been selected by the PPC Education committee to ensure we provide world-class education and meet the needs of our members.  We’ve selected topics that will appeal to most all genres of photography, including landscape, wildlife, nature, portraits, and even the business aspects of running a photography business.

If you are an industry leader with a topic that might be of interest to our audience, feel free to pitch us. 


Q: Should I stay at the conference hotel?
A: Yes.  By staying at the conference, you’ll have easy and convenient access to all of the conference activities, workshops, and of course those awesome social events!  The hotel offers a hot breakfast with your room reservation. The hotel makes attending the conference simple and easy without any further commuting.  Even if you’re local to the area, you won’t want to miss being right in the thick of all of the actions.

Q: Is there a special room rate?
A: Yes.  The room rate is $129.  There are rooms with 2 Queen beds, perfect for sharing with a roommate, and King bed rooms if you choose not to share.  Click here to connect with the hotel to make your reservation.  
Q: Where can I find a roommate?
A: If you’re a PPC member you can add a post in the Member group asking if there is anyone who wants to share a room.  If you’re not a member but know a member, ask them to make a post on your behalf.
