Join PPC in our Annual Member Meeting + Potluck Lunch following. We will host a brief informational overview of the year, vote on our upcoming 2025 Board of Directors, and host some giveaways! Image Competition Judging to start immediately following.

About the event
Join PPC in our Annual Member Meeting + Potluck Lunch following. We will host a brief informational overview of the year, vote on our upcoming 2025 Board of Directors, and immediatly following host our Annual Image Competition judging watch party!Â
- Potluck style food all day! Bring a covered dish to share. A sign up sheet will be posted in the member facebook group.Â
- Bring your gear for an informal Swap Meet! we had a several requests to host this earlier than November and it will be easier than bringing gear to the hotel.Â
- Bring your images printed out (cheap paper is ok for this) for a Merit Wall of Fame!Â
- Bring cash for raffles
- Bring a friend or +1
