About the event
As photographers, we often get overhwelmed and in our own heads. Dr. Hannum will present ideas to help us understand mental health, explore self-care strategies and manage stressful times throughout the year.Â
The meeting can be attended in person or virtually on Zoom. The Zoom Link will go out to those who RSVP an hour before the event and will be posted in the PPC Member Only Group on Facebook.
